Turn on the HP All-in-One. Disregard steps 1 through 6 if your HP All-in-One will not turn on. You will not be able to remove the print cartridges. Proceed to step 8. 2. Open the print-carriage access door. 3. Wait until the print carriage is idle and silent, and then remove the print cartridges from their slots.
