Replace the failed cable. 2. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service provider. Swapped cables or configuration error detected. A configured array of drives... ...was moved from another controller that supported more drives than this controller supports. SOLUTION: Upgrade the firmware on this controller. If this doesn't solve the problem, then power down system and move the drives back to the original controller. Description: You have exceeded the maximum number of drives supported for this controller, and the connected controller was not part of the original array configuration. Action: 1. Update the controller to the latest firmware version ("Firmware maintenance" on page 80). 2. If the problem persists: Replace this controller with the original controller. or Replace this controller with a new controller that supports the number of drives in the array.
