config restore keystore Description of Command Function Restores a saved keystore from the file specified to the device. This operation requires the password originally given to the save command in order to decrypt the keystore. Command Syntax config restore keystore Command Authority Administrator Command Object Requirements Not applicable - no objects exist within this command. Command Parameter Requirements Not applicable-no parameters exist within this command. keystorefile - This required parameter defines the name of the keystore file to be retrieved. Requirements for Command Execution • The command entry must conform to the command syntax. • All parameter values must be valid; see the parameter descriptions for details. Successful Command Output Upon successful completion of the command, the following is displayed: Command Successful Command Operation during Abnormal Conditions • If any of the command execution requirements fail, command execution terminates. The keystore is not restored and one of these error messages is displayed: ◦ Command Failed - the command does not conform to the required syntax, SYNTAX, where SYNTAX is the command syntax as described under Command Syntax in this section. ◦ Command Failed - The keystore file does not contain keys for existing stores ◦ Command Failed - The keystore file connections incorrect keys for existing stores. WARNING! If the keystore contains incorrect keys for existing stores, they will be locked to prevent data corruption.
