Adjusting the Speed for Scrolling Through Items in a List You can scroll through items in a list by pressing and holding the Navigation button up or down. To change the speed at which scrolling occurs: 1. Tap Start > Settings > Personal tab > Buttons > Up/Down Control tab. 2. Under Delay before first repeat, move the slider to shorten or lengthen the time that elapses before scrolling begins. 3.
