10 SCAN OPERATION Scan Type Scanning is a versatile function that can automatically search for signals. A scan makes it easier to locate stations to contact or listen to, or to skip unwanted channels or frequencies. DDVFO scan The VFO scan searches for signals within the specified frequency range. Full scan (ALL) Repeatedly scans the entire band. ID-52A/E RX frequency lower end P SKIP Scan Jump ID-52A/E RX frequency upper end P SKIP Band scan (BAND) Repeatedly scans the selected band.
