Resetting your tablet to the default settings Resetting the tablet deletes all data, including downloaded applications, and resets the tablet back to its initial state-the state before you turned on the tablet for the first time. Caution: Make sure that you back up the data you have on your tablet before you reset your tablet to the default settings.
