Installing and Removing a Hot-Swap SATA Drive (SR1630HGP) You can install up to three hot swappable SATA drives. The HDD0 drive bay is at the left side of the chassis; the HDD1 drive bay is in the middle of the chassis-underneath the optional optical drive. The HDD2 drive bay is at the right side of the chassis. You do not need to install the drives in order; you can install HDD1 before HDD0. Cautions: If you install less than three drives or devices, the empty drive bays must be occupied by carriers with baffles to maintain proper system cooling. Note: The server system does not support all hard drives. See "Server System References" on page x for an Internet link to a list of supported hardware. Installing and Removing a Hot-Swap SATA Drive
(SR1630HGP)
You can install up to three hot swappable SATA drives. The HDD0 drive bay is at the left
side of the chassis; the HDD1 drive bay is in the middle of the chassis—underneath the
optional optical drive. The HDD2 drive bay is at the right side of the chassis. You do not
