MD Edit Functions Assigning a title to a disc or track Contents MD Edit Functions 35 MDX-F1 (EN) When titles are assigned to a disc and its tracks, the titles can not only be displayed during playback but title search (searching a track by the title) is also made possible. The assigned titles can be changed or deleted with the same procedure. The MD operates on the basis of the information read from the disk into memory. After title input or editing, be sure to eject the minidisc so that the data is written in it by "WRITING". Select the "MD" input. (Execute operation in stopped condition or during playback.) * 1 Activate the title input mode. 1 Press the TITLE INPUT key. TITLE INPUT 2 Select whether the disc title or track title input. (when it is required to title a track). To return To advance 4 P.CALL¢ To abort operation, press the TITLE INPUT key again. Disc titles can be assigned in stop mode. A space (blank character) also require the same amount of data as alphanumeric characters.
