Alternatively, you click the Tasks tab in the upper details pane. Right-click in the pane, and select Schedule Tasks The Schedule Task dialog box appears. 3 Type a New Task Name. 4 In the Task Type drop-down list, select GroupShield for Exchange 7.0 On-Demand Task. 5 Click OK. The created task is listed in the Tasks tab. 6 Send an agent wakeup call. For information on sending an agent wakeup call, refer to Sending an Agent Wakeup call on page 50.
