View or specify the SNMP settings as desired: • Remote Station IP: sets the Community's management station IP address. • Community String: sets the Community String. • Privilege: sets the access privilege (read and write) state of the Group. • Trap Events: - T1: Authentication Fail: The switch generates an SNMP trap when a host tries to gain access to the switch but the host's IP is not in the SNMP host table. - T2: Device Bootup: The switch generates an SNMP trap when it reboots. - T3: Link Up/Down: The switch generates an SNMP trap when one of its ports changes its link status. • Admin State: Enable or disable this community. 3.
