When the Print Agent is running on a separate computer, users are automatically synchronized at fixed periods or by requesting an update using the Agent Setup tool. Adding new Directory Users Each person using the Print Agent solution must have an account set up in the PSV database. Sync with Active Directory Relevant user data such as name, account ID, and print ID can be imported from Active Directory using PSV. From the Services menu select "Data Synchronization." Then click the "Sync AD Now" link. 153
