Chapter 6 Combining and Using Pioneer AV Equipment ■Displaying the XM MENU 1 Press A.MENU (AUDIO) button when source is XM. 2 Select "XM TUNER" and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button. The XM MENU is displayed as follows: CH.SELECT MODE, P.CH RECALL, P.CH MEMORY You can operate a desired function. For details, refer to the pages for each of the functions. ➲ Select "BACK" in the MENU display or press BACK/FUNC button to return to the previous display. ➲ To return to the frequency display, press BAND/ESC button. ➲ If you do not operate the function within about 30 seconds, the display is automatically returned to the frequency display. ■Switching the channel select mode You can switch if you select a Channel with a Channel NUMBER or from a Channel Category when you select a channel. 1 Press 5 or ∞ to select "CH.SELECT MODE" from the XM TUNER MENU, and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button. 2 Press 2 or 3 to select the desired channel select mode. CH NUMBER (Channel number select mode) - CATEGORY (Channel category select mode) ■Recalling channel If you press 5 or ∞ you can easily store up to six previously registered channels with the 5 or ∞ button. 1 Press 5 or ∞ to select P.CH RECALL from the XMTUNER MENU, and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button. 2 Select a preset channel number with 5 or ∞ and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button. Displaying the XM MENU

Press A.MENU (AUDIO) button when source is XM.

Select “XM TUNER” and press A.MENU (AUDIO) button.
The XM MENU is displayed as follows:
CH.SELECT MODE, P.CH RECALL, P.CH MEMORY
You can operate a desired function. For details, refer to the pages for each of the functions.
Select “BACK” in the MENU display or press BACK/FUNC button to return to the previous
display.
To return to the frequency display, press BAND/ESC button.
If you do not operate the function within about 30 seconds, the display is automatically
returned to the frequency display.
Switching the channel select mode
You can switch if you select a Channel with a Channel NUMBER or from a Channel Cate-
gory when you select a channel.
