ADDITIONAL PROCEDURES Speed Dials (Function 32) Ref.: FAX2000L Operator's Manual, page 26, for PSTN G3 Speed Dials SFX2000M Speed Dials, like Quick Dials, can be programmed with G3 fax numbers for fast dialing in the PSTN Mode. Also, you can code the Speed Dials with asynchronous switch messages for Terminal Mode connections. You do not have to be in a Terminal Mode to do this. A total of 99 Speed Dials for DI and PSTN G3 may be coded. Function 32 in DI Mode i. programs text and symbols for asynchronous switch messages, ii. changes User Function key F1 to a shift key for programming symbols for Terminal Mode messages, iii. changes the appearance of five-second pauses to when entered, iv. erases DI and PSTN Mode G3 Speed Dial numbers, v. prints the Speed Dial List which shows all programmed Speed Dials, vi. does not program or set the label appearing in the Speed Dial List.
