Belt Alignment / Slipping / Hesitation BEGIN HERE Check Walking Belt Alignment (refer to "Aligning the Walking Belt" in Owner's Manual. Is the Walking Belt centered on the NO Walking Deck? Align the Walking Belt YES Adjust the Walking Belt tension Is the issue still present? YES Run the Belt at low speed and attempt to stop the Belt with your foot. Does Belt slip? NO YES Shut off machine and wait 5 minutes. Remove Motor Cover. NO Issue resolved Is the Drive Belt tight? YES NO Refer to "Replace the Drive Belt" procedure in the service manual to adjust the Drive Motor Belt tension. Can Belt be NO aligned? YES Is the issue still NO present? YES Contact Customer Care (if inside US/Canada) or your local distributor (if outside US/Canada). Replace Rear Roller Issue resolved Issue resolved NO Is the issue still present? YES 27
