If you have antenna or cable without a cable box, you can split the signal with an RF splitter. See the Installation Guide for instructions. (You will not have TiVo service functionality on channels you watch using an RF cable that goes directly to your TV.) You can also place your DVR in Standby mode. (You will not have TiVo functionality on the channels you watch while in Standby mode.)
