Entrance sensor board Warning Switch off the power and disconnect the power cord. 1. Remove the multi-sheet bypass feeder as described in the topic on page 119. 2. Remove the printer unit chassis as detailed on page 100. 3. Turning the printer unit chassis upside-down, remove registration roller assembly B as shown on page 129. 4. Remove the spring-loaded tray 1 entrance sensor actuator as explained on page 121. Note the orientation of the actuator's spring for reassembly. 5. Remove the two screws securing the entrance sensor board. 6. Remove the board and disconnect the wiring harness from FSNS. Remove Screws 0725-26 Removing the entrance sensor board Entrance Sensor Board Reverse these steps to install the entrance sensor board. Service Guide 111
