Advanced Printing Features for Phaser 750 Printers Output Order: Face Up s Pages are output so that the first page is on the bottom. s Depending on the driver you are using, check the Output Face Up box on, or select Face Up. Output Order: Face Down s Pages are output face-down in numerical order. s Depending on the driver you are using, uncheck the Output Face Up box, or select Face Down. Output Order hints s When printing on transparencies, the printer always prints your document face-up. s For prints from the Multi-Purpose Tray, output order is always face-up. s If you are using the Quick Collate option - depending on the driver you are using - select Output Face Down, or uncheck the Output Face Up box. Note Some applications send the printing job in the order of back to front, where the last page of your print job comes out first and the first page comes out last. If this occurs on your printer, select the face-up box. If only a face-down check box exists on your printer, make sure this option is unchecked. Intelligent Ready mode Intelligent Ready mode is an automated system that monitors the printer's usage and warms up the printer when you are most likely to need it. You can set Intelligent Ready mode with PhaserLink or the printer's front panel. The front panel only allows you to turn Intelligent Ready mode On or Off; use PhaserLink to make other settings. 1. In the printer's front panel, from the Ready prompt; press Menu. 2. Scroll to Configuration; press Menu. 3. Scroll to Intelligent Ready; press Menu. 4. Scroll to On or Off; press OK. 5. To return to normal printer operation; press Exit (the far left button) until Ready is displayed. 34 Phaser 750 Color Printer
