Troubleshooting Phaser 750 Printers Driver Settings Changing the data format used by the driver affects print speed in different operating systems: s Macintosh: the driver defaults to binary data. This is recommended. s Windows 95/Windows 98: Under the Set Up tab, click Expert Options, then click PostScript. Check Printer Properties. Put a check in the Use Automatic Data Format box. This selects the correct data format for the connection method. s Windows NT 4.x: In Printer Properties, click the Device Settings tab. Locate the Output Protocol and type Binary for network connections. Troubleshooting Phaser 750 Printers
Driver Settings
Changing the data format used by the driver affects print speed in different operating
systems:
■
Macintosh: the driver defaults to binary data. This is recommended.
■
Windows 95/Windows 98: Under the
Set Up
tab, click
Expert Options,
then click
PostScript.
Check
Printer Properties.
Put a check in the
Use Automatic Data
Format
box. This selects the correct data format for the connection method.
