To Do this Example Change text appearance or alignment Select the cells you want to change. Choose Font, Size, Style, Text Color, or Alignment from the Format menu and then choose a formatting option from the appropriate submenu (or use the pop-up menus and buttons on the button bar). Plain text Centered Wrap cell contents so that long entries aren't cut off Select the cells containing the text and click on the Default button bar (or choose Alignment from the Format menu, and then choose Wrap).
