Database 8-33 To Add a picture Do this Use one of the following methods: 1 Choose Library from the File menu, choose Open, and then choose a category. In the library palette, select an item, and then click Use. For more information, see "Using libraries" on page 3-18. 1 Copy and paste a picture from a different document. 1 Click on the Default button bar, or choose Insert from the File menu, and then select the picture file using the Insert dialog box. 1 Use the drawing tools to draw directly in the layout. 1 Create a paint frame. 1 Use drag and drop to drag the picture from a different document into the AppleWorks layout. Deleting, duplicating, and renaming a layout Duplicating, renaming, or deleting a layout has no effect on the data in your records. In the Help index,* see: E duplicating E layouts, editing E layouts, deleting To Delete a layout Duplicate a layout Rename a layout From the Layout menu or the Layout pop-up menu, choose Edit Layouts. Select a layout from the Current Layouts list, click Delete, and then confirm the deletion. New Layout. Type a new name, select Duplicate, and then click OK. Edit Layouts. Select a layout from the Current Layouts list, and then click Modify. Type a new name, and then click OK. * Choose Index from the or Help menu and scroll to the entry. Then choose a topic from the list and click Go To Topic.
