In List mode, you see all the fields in your database in a columnar layout. To work in List mode, choose List from the Layout menu. Fields are in columns Records are in rows You work with records in List mode much like you do in Browse mode: you can enter data, select, hide, or sort records, or create new records. In addition, you can resize or format rows and columns, and reorder the columns. Selecting rows and columns In List mode, you select a row or column with a single click. Select multiple rows or columns when you want to resize or reformat several at once. Working with rows and columns in List mode
List mode allows you to view and work with many records at once. In List
mode, you see all the fields in your database in a columnar layout. To work
in List mode, choose
List
from the Layout menu.
You work with records in List mode much like you do in Browse mode: you
can enter data, select, hide, or sort records, or create new records. In addition,
you can resize or format rows and columns, and reorder the columns.
Selecting rows and columns
In List mode, you select a row or column with a single click. Select multiple
rows or columns when you want to resize or reformat several at once.
