Setting Page 4 Volume Detection An audio detection event will be triggered when audio input volume is detected exceeding or falling below the reference volume setting. Set the conditions for triggering a volume detection event and the operations to perform according to an event. Important Volume detection is temporarily disabled when an event causes the playback of a sound clip or when audio is transmitted from the Viewer. [Volume Detection Event] Select whether to use volume detection event. [Detect Criteria] Select the criteria for triggering a volume detection event. [Reference Volume Level] Enter the reference sound level to be used for detection. Set the reference volume level by performing an actual test while checking [Current Volume Level] before configuring the setting. [Current Volume Level] The current volume level appears on the status bar. The level set in [Reference Volume Level] is indicated by a red mark. Volume below the reference level appears in blue, that above the reference level appears in red. 107
