Shooting Modes • [ Low Light]: - Moving subjects may leave a trailing afterimage. - Picture quality may not be as good as in other modes. - White points may appear on the screen. - Autofocus may not work as well as in other modes. In such case, adjust the focus manually. 61 • [ Low Light]/[ Fireworks]: To avoid camcorder blur (blur due to the camcorder moving) we recommend using a tripod. Using the FUNC. Menu or Browser Remote to Adjust Settings You can adjust the settings related to the various shooting modes using the FUNC. menu or remotely using the Browser Remote application. Operating modes: Using the FUNC. Menu To change the aperture value when the shooting mode is n or " 1 Touch [FUNC.] and then touch [Aperture]. • The aperture adjustment dial will appear at the bottom of the screen. • Continue to step 2 below. To change the shutter speed when the shooting mode is n or , 1 Touch [FUNC.] and then touch [Shutter]. • The shutter speed adjustment dial will appear at the bottom of the screen. • You can use the [v Camera Setup] > [3] > [Shutter Speed Mode] setting to switch between shutter speed and shutter angle. • Continue to step 2 below. To change the ISO speed or gain when the shooting mode is n 1 Touch [FUNC.] and then touch [ISO] or [Gain]. • The ISO speed or gain adjustment dial will appear at the bottom of the screen. • You can use the [v Camera Setup] > [2] > [ISO/Gain] setting to switch between ISO speed and gain. • Note that during mode, you cannot adjust the gain. 2 Drag your finger left/right along the dial to select the desired value. • Touching [WFM] will display the waveform monitor (A 83). 3 Touch [X]. • The selected setting's value will appear on the upper left of the screen. Using the Browser Remote Application After completing the necessary preparations (A 131), you can change the shutter speed, aperture, ISO speed or gain from a connected device using the Browser Remote application.
