Use HP ToolboxFX to turn on the Jam Recovery feature. 1. Open HP ToolboxFX. 2. Click the Device Settings folder, and then click System Setup. 3. Next to Jam Recovery, select On from the drop-down list. Clear jams in tray 1 NOTE: If the sheet tears, make sure that all of the fragments are removed before you resume printing.
