Event ID Event Severity Event Description 12589 Error Bulk power supply (BPS) redundancy has been lost on one or more row(s) of power supplies in the complex. The further loss of a single BPS or an AC grid will most likely result in the shutdown of partitions. Probable Cause: An AC source has been lost. Recommended Action: Verify that the chassis is connected to working power grid(s). WBEM EventID: 7253. WBEM ProviderName: FPL_IndicationProvider 12591 Error AC redundancy has been lost on one or more power supplies in the complex. The further loss of a single Bulk Power Supply (BPS) or the other AC grid will most likely result in the shutdown of partitions. Probable Cause: A configuration change has been made to the system that changes the amount of power used. Recommended Action: Relook at the configuration changes. WBEM EventID: 7255. WBEM ProviderName: FPL_IndicationProvider 12593 Error The fans that cool a region of the system are not redundant. If an additional fan fails or is removed from this cooling domain, the partitions on this system will be shut down to prevent damage. Probable Cause: One or more fans in the cooling domain have been removed or are not functioning properly. Recommended Action: Removed failed fan (if any) and insert working fan. WBEM EventID: 7256. WBEM ProviderName: FPL_IndicationProvider 12595 Error An insufficient number of fans are working in a cooling domain to permit system operation. Running partitions will be shut down immediately to prevent damage due to excessive heat. Probable Cause: More than one fan in a cooling domain have been removed or are not functioning properly. Recommended Action: Remove failed fan(s), if any, and insert working fans. WBEM EventID: 7258. WBEM ProviderName: FPL_IndicationProvider 12627 Warning Operating system is not using all available processors for the current system. Probable Cause: Operating system license doesn't allow all processors to be used, or some processors are disabled / deconfigured. Recommended Action: Verify the correct operating system license to be used; Verify if all processors are enabled.
