Introduction Detailed HP Integrity rx8620 Server Description Mass Storage (Disk) Backplane Internal mass storage connections to disks are routed on the mass storage backplane, having connectors and termination logic. All hard disks are hot-plug while removable media disks are not hot-plug. The HP Integrity rx8620 Server accommodates two internal, removable media devices. Therefore, power connectors for a removable media device are required on the mass storage backplane. For more information, refer to Figure 1-12.
