Installation Receiving the Server Cabinet Receiving the Server Cabinet This section contains information about unpacking the server cabinet. WARNING Wear protective glasses while cutting the plastic bands around the shipping container. These bands are under tension. When cut, they can spring back and cause serious eye injury. NOTE Position the pallet, allowing for enough space to roll the cabinet off the pallet before starting. Remove the server cabinet using the following steps: Step 1. Cut the polystrap bands around the shipping container. Step 2. Lift the cardboard top cap from the shipping box. Figure 2-1 Removing the Polystraps and Cardboard Step 3. WARNING

NOTE
Position the pallet, allowing for enough space to roll the cabinet off the pallet before starting.
Remove the server cabinet using the following steps:

Cut the polystrap bands around the shipping container.
Step 2.
