A command that writes to the optical disk cannot be performed due to the write-protect condition of the optical disk writeprotect switch. A blank sector was detected during a Read (Group 0 or 1) or Verify, or a written sector was detected during a Write (Group 0 or 1) or a Write and Verify command.
