9.4 Parameter details 9 9.4 Parameter details The Printing Preferences window is the window to configure the printer driver functions. To open this window, in the Print dialog box, click [Properties] (or [Preferences]), or right-click the printer icon in the [Printers], [Devices and Printers], or [Printers and Faxes] window. Then select [Printing Preferences...]. 9.4.1 My Tab My Tab allows you to customize the display contents. By registering frequently used setting functions to My Tab, the printer driver can be easier to use, and you can modify various settings from a single window. Function Name [More Details] [Do not show again] [Edit My Tab...] Option − ON/OFF − Description Click this button to display the Help of My Tab. Select this check box to hide the comment field containing [More Details] from the next time. Click this button to register or delete the functions displayed on My Tab. For details, refer to page 9-11. Reference - The comment field containing [More Details] or [Do not show again] is not displayed if [Display Note] is disabled in [My Tab Settings] of the [Settings] tab. - [Edit My Tab...] is not displayed when [Prohibit Editing] is enabled in [My Tab Settings] of the [Settings] tab. - Items other than the above are customized on [Edit My Tab...], and the specific display contents vary depending on the registered contents. d Reference For details on the [Settings] tab, refer to page 9-6. bizhub 423/363/283/223 9-10
