14.5 Administrator mode overview 14 Item [Create System User Box] Description Enables you to create a new Bulletin Board, Confidential RX, Relay, or Annotation User Box. • The Bulletin Board and Relay User Boxes are available when the optional Fax Kit is installed. • The Confidential RX User Box is available when the optional Fax Kit is installed while no Hard Disk is installed. • The Annotation User Box is available only when a Hard Disk is installed. Reference - [Open User Box] and [Create User Box] are displayed only when a Hard Disk is installed. 14.5.7 Printer Setting Item [Basic Setting] [PCL Setting] [PS Setting] [TIFF Setting] [XPS Settings] [Interface Setting] [Direct Print Settings] [Assign Account to Acquire Device Info] Description Specify the default values of the printer. Specify the default values in the PCL mode. Specify the default values in the PS mode. Specify the paper to print TIFF images. Configure the XPS print settings. Specify the timeout period of the interface. Configure the settings to enable direct printing using PageScope Web Connection.
