Photo registration 6 6 Photo registration 6.1 Registering photo to the address book By using PageScope Web Connection, you can add photo data to a registered address book entry. To register photo data to an address book entry, the entry must be registered in the address book in advance. ! Detail This function is available on the MFP to which i-Option LK-101 or i-Option LK-103 is registered. The registered photos are reflected to the Destination List of the Image Panel. 6.1.1 6.1.2 Photo data specifications To register photo data, the following specifications are required: Item File Type Image size Data size Specifications BMP format, 24-bit color, uncompressed 48 × 48 pixels 6,966 byte ! Detail Photo data may not be scaled for registration. Registering a photo To register photo data, use PageScope Web Connection. 2 Note For details on PageScope Web Connection, refer to the corresponding User's Guide. ! Detail To register photo data to an address book entry, the entry must be registered in the address book in advance. If My Address Book function is available, you can register photo data to the address book entry of My Address Book.
