Net Guard When you first connect to the Web, the Net Guard will appear to confirm that you want to connect. This feature helps you avoid accidental connections. You can disable the Net Guard in the future by selecting Always Auto-Connect when the Net Guard is displayed. To change your Net Guard settings: 1. Press Menu (left softkey) to access the main menu. 2. Select Settings ( 9 ). 3. Scroll to PCSVision and press OK . 4. Scroll to Net Guard and press OK . 5. Choose an option: Ⅲ On to activate the Net Guard. Ⅲ Off to deactivate the Net Guard. Note: Whenenabled,theNet Guardappearsonlyoncepersession.TheNet Guarddoesnot appearifthephoneismerelyre-connectingduetoatime-out. 162 Section 3B: Sprint PCS Vision

Section 3B: Sprint PCS Vision
Net Guard
When you first connect to the Web, the Net Guard will appear
to confirm that you want to connect. This feature helps you
avoid accidental connections. You can disable the Net Guard
in the future by selecting
Always Auto-Connect

Guard is displayed.
To change your Net Guard settings:

Note:
When enabled, the Net Guard appears only once per session. The Net
Guard does not appear if the phone is merely re-connecting due to a time-out.
