Print quality problems (continued) Symptom Toner specks Cause The toner cartridge is defective. The photoconductor cartridge is defective. The transfer roller is worn or defective. The fuser is worn or defective. The paper dust remover is worn. Toner is in the paper path. Paper feed rollers are dirty. Solution Replace the toner cartridge.
