Duplex unit Follow these steps if the printer is duplexing the print job. Skip to "Photoconductor area" on page 58 if a duplex unit is not installed or you are not duplexing the print job. 1 Open the duplex door (Door G). 2 Depending on the location of the jammed sheet: a Pull the jammed paper straight down and out of the duplex unit. 57 Clearing jams
