1.3 Telephone Features • * You may have to enter the Call Hold feature number, "20", after pressing the Recall/ hookswitch on your single line telephone (SLT), depending on the SLT Hold Mode of your PBX. For more details, refer to "1.1.15 Call Hold" in the Feature Manual. • You can go on-hook before the destination extension answers the call. If the destination extension does not answer the call within a specified time period, you will hear an alarm tone, and the call will return to you. If you do not answer the call within 30 minutes after it returns to you, the call will be disconnected. • When the dialed extension is busy, you may access the extension by entering "1" (Busy Station Signaling [BSS]) or "2" (Executive Busy Override) and then going on-hook. • To return to the held call before the destination answers, press the TRANSFER button or corresponding CO/INTERCOM button, or press the Recall/hookswitch. Call Transfer—To Outside (CO) Line
