5. Troubleshooting Message Cannot start remote whiteboard A communication error has occurred. Try again later or contact your administrator. Cannot delete the page Try again later. Cannot add the page(s) Causes Solutions The whiteboard that is being used has been disconnected from the network. Connect to the network and start the remote whiteboard again. The file that you are trying to delete is still being downloaded. Wait for a while and then try to delete the page again. A network failure may occur on a device using remote whiteboard. Wait for a while and then try to add the page again. Error Messages Related to PDF File Importing/Saving Message Causes Cannot import the file The following are the possible causes. - The format is incorrect - The file has been deleted - No access rights - Disk failure Try again after checking the following causes. The file could not be read due to one of the following: • The format is incorrect • The file was deleted • No access privileges are given • Disk failure Solutions Resolve the cause of the error, and then try again. 86
