5. Troubleshooting Message Causes Solutions Cannot start RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller. The resolution on the RICOH Interactive Whiteboard does not match. A resolution of less than 1920 × 1080 or an aspect ratio that is not 16:9 is selected for the screen that you want to display on the Interactive Whiteboard. The resolution for the RICOH Interactive Whiteboard is not more than 1920×1080 The resolution for the RICOH Interactive Whiteboard is not aspect ratio 16:9 Reset the resolution for the Windows screen. • Select a resolution higher than 1920 × 1080 pixels in Interactive Whiteboard settings. • Select a resolution aspect ratio of 16:9 in Interactive Whiteboard settings. Failed to import the image • The disk has no free space. • Memory is running short. • The system is having a problem. Quit other applications to increase the amount of free memory on the computer, and then try again. Cannot display copyright protected contents on the external input terminal named "Computer In". Connect to another external input terminal and select the input source by pressing [Input] on the monitor or remote control. The whiteboard function cannot be used on external input terminals other than "Computer In". It was attempted to display copyright-protected contents from an external input terminal that does not support such contents. Connect the source to the external input terminal that supports copyright protected contents, and try again. 92
