When You Cannot Use the Interactive Whiteboard As You Want When Using the System as a Whiteboard Problem A stroke is not displayed at the correct position. A stroke is broken halfway. A stroke is suddenly displayed in an unintended direction halfway. Causes Solutions • There is something on the display frame. • The display is dirty. • Clean the display. If any of these actions do not fix the problem, contact your service representative. • The pen nib may not be touching the display correctly. • The inside of the display frame is dirty. • When writing, raise the pen so that the pen nib is kept pressed, and apply appropriate stroke pressure. • Clean the inside of the display frame. • If an infrared device is used near the system, turn the device off. If any of these actions do not fix the problem, contact your service representative. • Something other than the pen is touching the display. • There is something on the display frame. • If too much stroke pressure is applied, a line stroke may be displayed in an unintended direction. • Keep anything other than the pen from touching the display. • Do not leave anything that can serve as an obstacle on the display frame. • Be careful not to apply too much stroke pressure. • The display frame is being pressed strongly. • Keep your hands away from the display frame. • If the pen is used near a window, under direct sunlight or bright lighting, a stroke may be displayed in an unintended direction. • The display was pressed strongly. • Change the location of the system. • Do not apply too much force to the display.
