5. Troubleshooting When You Cannot Use the Interactive Whiteboard As You Want This section explains what to do when the Interactive Whiteboard cannot be operated as you want. When Starting RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller Problem Causes RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller cannot start. Windows Defender is preventing RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller from starting. Solutions • Check that the exclusion list includes the folder in which RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller has been installed. • If the exclusion list does not include the folder in which RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Lt for Open Controller has been installed, add the folder to the list.
