When the user group you want to modify the group name is assigned to Job Accounting enabled device(s), you cannot modify the name of the user group. This error code appears when you try to add a user(s) to the group, All or Grouped. You cannot add any user to these groups because SyncThru™ Admin 5 provides these groups by default. Importing users from CSV file has failed. SOLUTION Please make sure that the selected user is not assigned to any device. If you really want to modify the user's Login ID, you need to change the Job Accounting settings for the user. First, you need to check the device(s) using the user. Then, remove the user from the device(s) (Make sure that the removed user cannot use the device anymore). Now you can modify the user Login ID. You need to reconfigure Job Accounting for the user if you want to let the user use the device(s) again. Please make sure that the selected user group is not assigned to any device.
