This CABLE input jack, in conjunction with the VHF/UHF input jack, lets you set up your TV to switch between scrambled channels (coming through a cable box) and unscrambled cable channels. For details, see page 41. 5 HDMI (VIDEO 6 IN and VIDEO 7 IN) HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) provides an uncompressed, all-digital audio/video interface between this TV and any HDMI-equipped audio/video component, such as a set-top box, DVD player, and A/V receiver. HDMI supports enhanced, or highdefinition video, plus two-channel digital audio. You can also connect a DVI-equipped device to your TV by using an HDMI-to-DVI cable. 6 S VIDEO Connects to the S VIDEO OUT jack of your VCR, camcorder, or other S VIDEOequipped video component.
