The AUDIO menu appears. AUDIO BASS TREBLE BALANCE MTS : SURROUND : MENU STEREO ON Move S e l e c t SELECT E x i t MENU 3 Move the cursor (z) to "MTS" with + ◊ or - √ and press SELECT. (However, the program's primary audio channel will be recorded.) See page 22 for a table describing the relation between the speakers and the source signal. Choose STEREO SAP MONO To Select for stereo reception when viewing a program broadcast in stereo. Select to listen to a bilingual broadcast. Select for mono reception (use to reduce noise during stereo broadcasts). To restore the factory settings Press RESET after selecting and displaying the AUDIO menu. Selecting stereo or bilingual
programs
(KV-20VS42 only)
The Multichannel TV Sound (MTS) feature allows you to switch between
stereo, mono, and Second Audio Program (SAP).

Press MENU to display the main menu.

Move the cursor (

) to “AUDIO” with +
or –
and press SELECT.
The AUDIO menu appears.

Move the cursor (

) to “MTS” with +
or –
and press SELECT.
The selected position turns red.

To restore the factory settings
