Adjust the volume control on the amplifier in the second zone. • To avoid unexpected noise, DO NOT USE the Zone 2 feature with CDs encoded in DTS. ■ Using the internal amplifier of this unit To use the internal amplifiers of this unit, select "INT" in "ZONE2 AMP" (see page 96). Connection to a Passive Loudspeaker Selector Box or multiple speakers per channel could create an abnormally low impedance load resulting in amplifier damage. See this owner's manual for correct usage. Compliance with minimum speaker impedance information for all channels must be maintained at all times. Using the external amplifier
To use the external amplifiers in Zone 2, select “EXT” in “ZONE2 AMP” (see page 96).
When you do not use the main zone, press MAIN ZONE ON/OFF on the front panel to turn off the main zone. Adjust the volume
control on the amplifier in the second zone.
To avoid unexpected noise, DO NOT USE the Zone 2 feature with CDs encoded in DTS.
Using the internal amplifier of this unit
To use the internal amplifiers of this unit, select “INT” in “ZONE2 AMP” (see page 96).
