Executing Special Functions I Printing Documents Enlarged/Reduced The scaled printing feature of the printer driver allows you to set a scaling value so you can print an enlarged or reduced page on a paper size that is larger or smaller than the page size of the original file in the application program. Setting the scaling value Set a value between 25% and 400% as the enlargement/reduction scale in the Page Setup dialog box. 1 Open the Page Setup dialog box. Normally, select Page Setup from the File menu. 2 Set Paper Size, as necessary. 3 Set the desired enlargement or reduction ratio in Scale. Enter the value of the enlargement or reduction ratio. The scaled printing feature of the printer driver allows you to set a scaling value so you can

Setting the scaling value
Set a value between 25% and 400% as the enlargement/reduction scale in the Page Setup
dialog box.
