Executing Special Functions Print in reverse order: Use this setting when you print a multiple page document. The printer starts printing from the last page of the document. When this setting is disabled, the printer starts printing from the first page of the document. Print collated pages: Use this setting when you print multiple copies of a multiple page document. When Collate is enabled, the printer prints the document and collates each copy from the first page through to the last page. When Collate is disabled, the printer prints the document and collates copies of the same page. In this case, you will need to manually combine the pages to create each set of a multiple-page document. 4 Click the OK button.
