Default Paper Size Purpose: To specify the default paper size. Values: mm series A4 (210x297mm)*1 Letter(8.5x11") *1 Denotes country-specific factory default values. inch series A4 (210x297mm) Letter(8.5x11")*1 *1 Denotes country-specific factory default values. Print ID Purpose: To specify a location where the user ID is printed. Values: Off* Top Left Top Right Bottom Left Bottom Right Does not print the user ID. Prints the user ID on the top left of the page. Prints the user ID on the top right of the page. Prints the user ID on the bottom left of the page. Prints the user ID on the bottom right of the page. NOTE: When printing on DL size paper, a part of the user ID may not be printed correctly. Print Text Purpose: To specify whether the printer outputs PDL (Page Description Language) data, which is not supported by the printer, as text when the printer receives it.
