bgp outbound-optimization Enables outbound optimization for IBGP peer-group members. Syntax bgp outbound-optimization To disable outbound optimization, enter the no bgp outbound-optimization command. Usage Information The updates are sent to all the neighbors in the peer-group and all the neighbors have the same attributes including next-hop. Enabling or disabling outbound optimization dynamically resets all neighbor sessions. When you enable outbound optimization, all peers receive the same update packets. Also, the next-hop address, which is chosen as one of the addresses of the neighbor's reachable interface, is the same for all peers. bgp recursive-bgp-next-hop Enable next-hop resolution through other routes learned by BGP. Syntax bgp recursive-bgp-next-hop To disable next-hop resolution, use the no bgp recursive-bgp-next-hop command.
