The screen is refreshed every five seconds and the CLI prompt disappears. Syntax monitor interface [interface] To disable monitoring and return to the CLI prompt, press the q key. Parameters interface (OPTIONAL) Enter the following keywords and the interface information: • For the Management interface on the stack-unit, enter the keyword managementEthernet then the slot/port information. • For a port channel interface, enter the keyword port-channel and then a number. • For a Tunnel interface, enter the keyword tunnel then the slot/port. The range is from 1 to 16383. • For a 1-GigabitEthernet interface, enter the keyword GigabitEthernet then the slot/port information. • For a 10-Gigabit Ethernet interface, enter the keyword TenGigabitEthernet then the slot/port information. • For a VLAN interface, enter the keyword vlan then a number from 1 to 4094.
