Timing Belt Check to see if the driving path of the Timing Belt 2 is obstructed with foreign matters or the belt is damaged. Go to Step 3 Replace the Timing Belt. ♦Is the Timing Belt free from obstruction or damage? Ribbon Drive Assembly 3 Operate the Timing Belt by hand and check the movement. ♦Does the Timing Belt operate smoothly? Go to Step 4 Replace or lubricant the Ribbon Drive Assembly. Checking the operation of the Carriage Unit 4 Check to see if you can move the Carriage Unit on Refer to the SHAFT,CR,GUIDE from side to side by hand.
