Customizing Image Types You can change the settings for the predefined Image Type options in EPSON TWAIN or add new image types. Click the Image Type button in the Advanced window. You see the Image Type dialog box: predefined image types settings To change the settings of one of the predefined image types, select it from the Image Type Name list, change the settings, and click Save. To create a new image type, select a predefined type with similar settings from the Image Type Name list. Then type a name for your new image type in the box at the top of the list. Change the settings as necessary and click Save. To delete an image type, select it in the Image Type Name list and click Delete. Advanced Scanning Page 33

Customizing Image Types
You can change the settings for the predefined Image Type options in
EPSON TWAIN or add new image types. Click the
Image Type
button in
the Advanced window. You see the Image Type dialog box:
To change the settings of one of the predefined image types, select it
from the Image Type Name list, change the settings, and click
Save
.
To create a new image type, select a predefined type with similar settings
from the Image Type Name list. Then type a name for your new image
type in the box at the top of the list. Change the settings as necessary and
click
Save
.
To delete an image type, select it in the Image Type Name list and click
